Learning from the Past And Present for a Peaceful Future

Idan is a junior in high school. He assumed the leadership role for Teens for Peace in the Middle East after its founder entered college. Having grown up as an Israeli-American, and having traveled to the region many times, Idan is very connected to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Idan is continuing the work of TPME by sharing and uplifting the perspectives of Israeli and Palestinian teens, as the hope for peace lies with the new generation.

Idan intends to pursue international relations and political science as fields of study in college, with an interest in conflict resolution on the global scale. He is a Varsity member of his high school Debate team and is also a competitive tennis player.
